It is a self-paced starting point, not a personalized evaluation. If you want insight specific to your situation, the Quick Clarity Call or Full Consultation is the right next step.
Our Weight Loss program starts at $199/month for 2.5mg tirzepatide, with tiers up to $449/month at 15mg. Lab results are helpful but not required to get started. If you have recent labs, bring them — we'll go over them together. If you don't, we offer 8 lab panels starting at $79 so we can test what standard checkups usually miss. For the Full Consultation, having labs available allows for a more thorough evaluation.
We specialize in metabolic and hormonal health — including unexplained fatigue, brain fog, weight gain, mood changes, sleep disruption, cycle irregularities, perimenopause and menopause symptoms, and patterns that standard lab work may not fully capture. We do not diagnose or treat emergency conditions.
Clinical services with prescribing authority are currently available to patients in Florida only. The Quick Clarity Call and PDF guide are available nationally as direct clinical insight services. We are actively working toward additional state licensure — check back for updates.
